Scope of Warranty

Our warranty covers:

  • Mechanical Malfunctions: Issues with product functionality due to manufacturing defects.
  • Leaking and Structural Damage: Protection against defects causing leakage or compromising the product's structure.
  • Finishes and Welds: Coverage for defects in finishes and weld integrity.
  • Basin Slopes: Assurance against manufacturing flaws in the design of basin slopes.

Design and Customer Feedback

Our products are meticulously designed, taking into account proportions, shapes, and details. Customer feedback plays a crucial role in our design process, ensuring our products meet your needs and expectations.

Warranty Inspection

Before installation, all products must be inspected for potential defects. In the event of a defect, ALFIQ will repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments to the warranted product.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from daily use is not warranted.
  • Natural Changes: Copper, bronze, and nickel products naturally change over time, which is expected and not covered.
  • Craftsmanship Variations: Imperfections or inconsistencies in color, texture, and patina due to natural elements and craftsmanship.
  • Installation and Misuse: Damages resulting from installation, misuse, abuse, alteration, or improper cleaning.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us directly at team@alfiqs.store. Note that our warranty covers the product only and excludes:

  • Modifications and Expedited Services: Changes made by the client or installer, and expedited shipping or production costs.
  • Installation and Reinstallation Costs: Expenses incurred for removing the defective product and installing a replacement.
