Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from ALFIQ. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that after 14 days from the date you receive your items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Customer Provides Return Shipping

You are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering all associated costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. The return shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the processing and restocking of the item.

No Returns for Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Ensure you review your purchase carefully before finalizing as these items are considered a final sale.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at team@alfiqs.store with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with all original tags, and in their original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a refund may be denied or an additional restocking fee may be charged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days (up to 14 days).
