ALFIQ's 30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at ALFIQ. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase meets your expectations. If you need to request a return, you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate the process.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Starting Your Return

Initiating a return is simple. Contact us at team@alfiqs.store, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that returns should be sent to our specified address in İstanbul. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us right away. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Exceptions to Returns

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the original item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a faster and more efficient exchange process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as per EU regulations. The same return conditions apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
